Public offer for ordering and providing Rudhost services.

This Public Agreement is the official offer of Rudhost for ordering, paying for, and providing web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, GPU servers, domain names, SSL certificates, and other related technical services.
Within the scope of this Agreement, Rudhost acts as the Service Provider, while the individual or organization that places an order, pays an invoice, or uses the services acts as the Client.
Acceptance of this Agreement is considered to occur through any of the following actions: creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, adding funds to the balance, renewing a service, or actual use of Rudhost services.
From the moment of acceptance, the Client confirms that they have read this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, and agrees to comply with them.
The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with the ordered and paid services within the scope of their description, plan, technical specifications, and available infrastructure capabilities.
The Client agrees to pay for the services on time, provide accurate information, keep contact information up to date, and use the services without violating laws, third-party rights, or Rudhost policies.
The Client independently selects the service, plan, configuration, billing period, and additional options on the website or in the client area.
Information regarding the order, price, currency, service period, and service details is specified in the invoice, order form, or the Client’s personal account.
Certain services may require manual verification, clarification of technical parameters, data confirmation, or waiting for responses from a data center, registrar, domain registry, or another third-party provider.
Services are provided after successful payment unless otherwise stated in the service description or agreed with Rudhost support.
Payments are made using the methods available on the website. Payment system, bank, or intermediary fees may be charged by the respective services and are beyond Rudhost’s control.
If a service is not renewed on time, the Service Provider has the right to suspend, limit, or terminate the service. Data on unpaid services may be stored for a limited period and may later be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
Service prices are determined according to the current rates at the time of ordering or renewing the service.
Rudhost may change pricing, service specifications, technical parameters, promotion rules, promo codes, and discounts. Price changes do not affect already paid periods unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular service.
Promotional pricing or discounts apply only within the terms of the respective promotion. Future renewals may be charged at the standard price.
Refund requests may be considered within 14 days from the date of the first service order if the service has not been fully used, did not violate Rudhost policies, and does not belong to the category of non-refundable services.
Refunds for domain names, SSL certificates, licenses, custom-configured servers, one-time tasks, administrative services, or third-party services may not be possible if the operation has already been completed.
Refunds are processed using the method technically available for the respective payment and according to the rules of the payment provider.
The Service Provider has the right and/or obligation to:
provide paid services according to their description, plan, and technical capabilities;
maintain infrastructure operation and perform necessary technical work;
provide basic support regarding services, payments, access, domains, DNS, SSL, and incidents;
restrict or suspend services in case of violations of this Agreement, Terms of Service, legal requirements, third-party rights, or risks to network stability;
update the terms of this Agreement, pricing, technical parameters, and service usage rules.
The Client has the right and/or obligation to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, ordering, and use of services;
pay for services on time and monitor service expiration dates in the client area;
independently protect login credentials, passwords, email accounts, access keys, and other account data;
independently take responsibility for content, files, databases, software, configurations, and activities performed within the ordered services;
not use services for spam, phishing, malware, attacks, copyright infringement, fraud, illegal activities, or excessive infrastructure load.
Registration, renewal, transfer, and recovery of domain names are performed according to the rules of the respective domain zones, registries, and registrars.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the domain owner’s contact information, timely renewal of the domain name, and compliance with the rules of the specific domain zone.
If a domain is not renewed on time, it may enter a redemption period or become available for registration by other parties. The recovery fee may differ from the standard renewal price.
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of important data.
Rudhost may create backups for certain services or plans, but such backups do not replace the Client’s own backups and are not an unconditional guarantee of data recovery.
For VPS, dedicated, and GPU servers, backup services may be offered separately if not included in the selected plan.
If Rudhost receives a complaint regarding the Client’s resource, it may forward the complaint to the Client through the client area, contact email, or another available communication channel.
The Client must respond to the complaint within 24 hours unless another deadline is specified in the notice.
If the incident poses a risk to the network, other clients, or third parties, the Service Provider may restrict or disable the service until the issue is fully resolved.
Rudhost makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable service operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of maintenance, outages, attacks, third-party network issues, or software errors.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, reputational risks, or consequences caused by the actions of the Client, third parties, payment systems, domain registries, data centers, or other external providers.
This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the Client and remains valid throughout the entire period of using Rudhost services.
Termination of an individual service does not release the parties from obligations that arose before such termination, including obligations related to payments, financial history retention, handling complaints, and compliance with legal requirements.
Rudhost may update this Agreement. The latest version is always published on this page.
Continued use of the website, client area, or services after the Agreement is updated constitutes the Client’s acceptance of the revised version.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations and by contacting Rudhost support.
