Terms of Use

Basic rules for using the Rudhost website and services.

These Terms define the rules for using the website, client area, and services provided by Rudhost. By ordering or using Rudhost services, the client confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Provisions

Rudhost provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, GPU servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, and other related technical services.

Current service specifications, pricing, validity periods, available payment methods, and technical limitations are indicated on the website, invoices, or in the client’s personal account.

2. Client Account

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration, ordering, and use of the services.

The client is solely responsible for maintaining access to their account, email address, passwords, control panels, servers, and other credentials.

Rudhost may use the contact email address, support tickets in the client area, or other available communication channels for notifications regarding services, payments, technical matters, or incidents.

3. Ordering and Service Activation

Services are activated after successful payment unless otherwise specified in the service description or agreed with support.

Some services may require manual verification, configuration, data confirmation, or waiting for a response from a third-party provider, registrar, or data center.

4. Payments, Renewals, and Overdue Services

The client agrees to pay for services on time according to the selected plan and billing period.

If a service is not renewed on time, Rudhost may suspend, limit, or terminate the service. Data on unpaid services may be stored for a limited period and may later be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

Promotional prices, discounts, and promo codes apply only within the terms of a specific promotion. Service renewals may be charged at the standard rate unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered within 14 days from the date of the first service order if the service has not been fully used, did not violate these Terms, and does not belong to the category of non-refundable services.

Refunds for domain names, SSL certificates, licenses, custom-configured servers, one-time tasks, or third-party services may not be possible if the operation has already been completed.

6. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use Rudhost services for:

  • spam, phishing, or mass unsolicited mailings;

  • hosting malicious software;

  • DoS/DDoS attacks, unauthorized network scanning, or other harmful activities;

  • copyright infringement or violation of third-party rights;

  • fraud, pyramid schemes, or illegal activities;

  • hosting content that violates the laws of Ukraine;

  • excessive resource usage that negatively affects service stability or other clients.

In case of violations, Rudhost may restrict, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice if immediate action is required.

7. Abuse Reports and Incidents

If Rudhost receives a complaint regarding a client’s resource, we may forward it to the client through the client area or contact email.

The client must respond to the complaint within 24 hours unless another deadline is specified in the notice. If the client ignores the request or the incident poses a network risk, Rudhost may temporarily restrict or disable the service until the issue is resolved.

8. Web Hosting

The client must use shared hosting according to the selected plan and its technical limitations.

Shared hosting may not be used for services requiring постоянных background processes, open server ports, or resources incompatible with the shared hosting model.

If a website creates excessive load, Rudhost may suggest optimization, upgrading to a higher plan, VPS, or dedicated server.

9. VPS, Dedicated, and GPU Servers

The client receives server access and is solely responsible for installed software, security, updates, passwords, firewalls, content, and activities performed from the server.

If server administration, backups, or additional protection are not included in the selected plan, such services may be provided separately.

Rudhost is not responsible for data loss on VPS, dedicated, or GPU servers if the client does not use backups or other data protection methods.

10. Domains

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and recovery are performed according to the rules of the respective domain zones, registries, and registrars.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the domain owner’s contact information and timely domain renewal.

If a domain is not renewed on time, it may enter a redemption period or become available for registration by other parties. The domain recovery cost may differ from the standard renewal price.

11. Backups and Data

The client is responsible for all content, files, databases, emails, settings, and other data stored within the services.

Rudhost may create backups for certain services or plans, but such backups do not replace the client’s own backup copies.

The client must independently keep up-to-date backups of important data on separate storage devices or external services.

12. Technical Support

Rudhost support assists with service operation issues, payments, access, basic configuration, domains, DNS, SSL, and incidents.

Standard support does not include website development, code modification, SEO, malware cleanup, third-party software administration, or complex custom work unless agreed separately.

13. Limitation of Liability

Rudhost makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable service operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of maintenance, outages, attacks, third-party network issues, or software errors.

Rudhost shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, reputational risks, or consequences caused by the actions of the client or third parties.

14. Changes to the Terms

Rudhost may update these Terms, pricing, technical parameters, and service rules. The latest version is always published on this page.

Continued use of the website or services after the Terms are updated constitutes the client’s agreement to the new version.
